Living with diabetes

For Roche we have conducted an extensive study about how people experience living with diabetes in their everyday lives. The research took place in US, Germany and The Netherlands. The insights were used in ideation workshops for new product and service development and in trainings for developing new customer centric strategies through the entire organisation. Collaborative project with Wouter van der Hoog
